"Identification of genetic variants predisposing to
early-onset asthma and interacting with environmental exposure to tobacco-smoke in early life", by a research consortium of French scientists was published in the NEJM online on October 15 and in print November 6 2008.

The Evangelische Akademie, Tutzing
Register now for the Annual Meeting to be held in Tutzing, near Munich, February 12-13 2009.
It is nearly Christmas, and if you have not already done so, you should register for the meeting before the holidays. Please find the registration form here. You need to download it and send it by email to Stefanie Heidmann in the Munich Project Office. Don't forget the weather may be very cold, with possible snow, so do bring warm clothes and boots! The full programme will be available in mid-January.
